Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I moved on on my own into my first apartment here at the Greens. Initially they were just finishing the phase so I didn't have any neighbors. The more people moved in..the louder it got. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking around and EVERYTHING else she and her boyfriend did. I hear my neighbor on the side get her kids up everymorning for school and yell at them. The walls and venting system make the apartment very noisy like living in group housing. The gated community was hardly ever gated even when I came home at 2am. Not very safe. The tubs are not big enough for the average adult to bath in. (Not deep enough or wide enough). The free cable was a plus though. I would never rent there again though.
