My wife and I have lived there for over a year now. I was not aware that this part of Memphis had become so crime ridden. Many years ago, when I lived in Memphis, this area was very nice and safe. However, with violent crime on the rise in the area, I do not see the management doing anything to address the safety of it's residents. Yes, I know that there is a patrol unit at night, but the gates are often broke and remain open.
The golf course rocks. Absolutely incredible. If you don't have an issue with your safety and you love golf, this is the place for you.
However, my wife fears for her safety. We will move to another location just as soon as possible.
