I agree with the negative comments posted here. I have seen the management take peoples property and destroy or get rid of it. They are the worst in customer service. They are very inconsiderate of disasters happening to tenants. They are extremely prejudice. There is a big turn around with the employees. They do not like memphis city police officers and prefer not have them on the property. They harass the ------- american children and the tenants. They come into the apartments while the people are moving and change the locks as well as rush them out and start cleaning. There is very much evidence of the managers husband being a clansman. He does not know how to talk to residents. He spies on the ------- americans and follow the residents and their visitors. He will not open the basketball courts. He harasses the residents at the pool. The property management has received many complaints about this couple and yet they keep them. It is almost like they were deliberately put here for a pupose. The last management were more customer friendly and showed they cared about the residents no matter what their color was. There are no ------- american employees that have worked here for a lenth of time. They seem to hire them for a show and soon get rid of them. There are no ------- americans working in the country club, maintenance. The only people left from the last management group that have not quit or transferred is a maintenance man that is a Mr. Tom and very sneaky.

I agree. The management in 2006 was racist. I believe they have gotten new management since then, but they are unprofessional, unorganized, and look very trashy.
