Well, I do have a few complaints about this place. My main one is the thin walls and ceilling. I'm sure the person above me was walking normally but I'd swear each step sounded just like thunder. You can hear just about everything going on with your neighbors through these walls and ceilling. There is also a good chance of getting hit by stray golfballs after leaving your door. The parking area is not well lit. The gates are not that well guarded. I have watched many people who cannot go through the entrance gate, backup and go through the exit gate immediatly after I exited. Then, you do get some people piggy-backing other cars through the entrance and the gaurd is still sitting in one spot just watching it happen.

Other than all that, the maintenance is pretty decent about getting things fixed up when reported. I didn't have a problem with the managment while I was here (then agian I never really had to deal with them). The gym facility was nice. I'm not a golfer and didn't golf while I was here, but the course seems nice. I'm not aware of any crimes that have happened here so I have no complaints on that issue.

I have lived here for about a year and it wasn't too bad of a place, a few flaws however. I'm only leaving this place due to price and the upstairs neighbor. I will however write a review about the leaving process when it happens.
