Even with a golf course the apartment is only average. The apartment is split up between several buildings with two sides - golf course view and parking lot view - six apartments per side (three up - three down). The grounds are pretty well kept with strict rules about satellite dishes, broken down cars, grills, etc... The buildings all look the same with no lighting on the buildings or building number. Coming home at night, I often had problems finding exactly which building was mine.
Everything is pretty much average at best - pool, weight room, rooms, etc... If you are looking for a gated apartment complex look elsewhere. The gate operates off a remote and cars often wait just outside for another car to come by and open the gate. The guard is rarely ever seen. Another bad point is the free cable - it is operated by Lindsey Communications. It is a satelite services cabled in to each apartment. Channels often freeze or black-out for days.
All in all descent place to live for a while, but certainly not to call home.
