I moved here in January of 2007. The carpet had not been cleaned from the previous resident. There was cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon bits loosely on the carpet. I shampooed the carpet the best I could with it being fully furnished. The water from the shampooer looked muddy. The lighting is also very bad. Forget having house plants. But the kicker is.. they will keep you when you don't want to stay. Paragraph 29 of the lease states that the resident will not be released on grounds of "bad health nor death". Paragraph 4 advises of an automatic renewal of the lease. There will be no written notification that your lease will be renewed. If you do not give 30 days notice at least 30 days prior to the end of the lease, your lease will automatically be renewed for another year. The managagement team are are very unfriendly and unflexable regarding any personal issues. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING that your neighbors are doing.
