Fleas, fleas and more fleas at the greens @ Irene...Check this out you all...I have no dogs, cats or any pets at all to be precise...I am in a unit that I was told was brand new and was told I was the first in the unit and that construction on this side had just been completed. Well, after moving in, I discovered that the tacks used to hold down the carpet pierces your feet if you are not in house shoes...I reported this to the apt...nothing was done about it. Next the kitchen floor (lanolieum flooring) raises up...after reporting they did nothing about it neither..they said that there contractor was out of town and would fix it after he gets back...never fixed again up till today. well four months later i discover that as I walk in the apt that I was just itching all over...I couldn't see anything and I had no idea what was wrong until I called the apt office to inform them that something was biting me throughout the apt as I walked through...I was told to call terminex and take care of it myself. Customer care with Terminex told me it sounded like I had fleas from my description. I started researching things to get rid of this problem...I bought boric acid first which did not work and then was told to use borax which still did not work. Finally, I was tired this time and then I called the apt office back and talked to the apt manager who told me to salt my apt and vacuum it up and that they would send out someone to steam clean my carpet..which they did the next day...but that did not work either... Mind you I have spent lots of money trying to fix this problem but now...I asked to be reimbursed for what i have spend and they say that is not there problem. They refuse to move me to another unit and say that they are not willing to pay me for the things that I have done to take care of this problem....
People....read up..the guy who came to steam clean my apt told me that he didn't know why but that they have had these problems in the brand new units and that they usually have to have him steam clean the apt before people move in and that he did not know why they didn't clean this section before I moved in. Even the apt manager told me that it was true and that apparently the carpets in the brand new unit are refurbished carpets that maybe generally that used in units previously inhabited by people with pets. They will do you any kind of way...The greens do not list there property as govt subs but they are certain ran as if they are with no regards for the tenants at all

THEIR contractor. THEIR problem. THEIR property. You should never use THERE as a possessive pronoun. THEIR is the possessive pronoun that you should have used. THERE means not here. They are = they're.
