Turning Ghetto

In the beginning, this complex was very nice. During my stay, management changed several times dooming the overall atmosphere of the complex. The city annexed the area which made things worse causing all kinds of clients to move to the area. Had alot of problems dealing with water bugs which in my opinion are roaches. If you can afford it, look for something else further east. This area has definitely started to turn Ghetto!
