My sister and her family lived here for 3 years and loved it! I stayed over there quite a bit and it was a lovely quiet area. No bugs, no noise, and the maintenence was great. They never even had to change a light bulb the whole time they lived at Hunter's Trace, maintenence did it for them! The buildings are brick, and that helped them to have low utility bills, around $60 or $70/month in a 2 bedroom apartment. I'd definitely recommend these apartments! My husband and I are thinking about moving there in a couple of months and can't wait!
