I've lived here for almost 3 years and would recommend Hunters Trace to anyone. It's relatively quiet, except for the occasional stray cat, there's plenty of parking, nice neighbors, safe(compared to other complexes in the area). I can't say enough good things about the folks in the office. Maintenance issues have been few, but always handled quickly. One issue with a noisy neighbor was handled extremely fast.
