I agree with the review on February 28th. We had the EXACT same problems. Roaches, mold, dirty/wet carpet, and noise. I was always hearing the neighbors next door and upstairs. And you could see roaches when you pulled in to the parking lot at night. They would just scatter all over the ground! Rent is way too high for what you get! Beware! I think that all the great reviews must be fakes planted by staff.

Nice to hear this from you, I am resident here I am quite happy cause i make a service work order if something is not working and Maintainence guy - dennis he fixes the problems in time. We had a leaking fridge which when kept on inital settings use to give out water and on high settings use to make ice ice everwhere, I did complain about it and he got me a new one within 2 days. Now I am happy cause one has to speak out to the proper channel to get the problems fixed. if u sit inside the house and wait that some one will fix it without knowing its difficult, you have to tell janice for fixing the problem through phone /peronally / or on internet website. I am very happy with their services. I WILL RECOMMENT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX TO ANYONE & EVERYONE.
