We lived in Hunters Trace for too long! Too many problems to count-including, but not limited to-mold COVERING the inside of all kitchen cabinets when we moved in, standing water in the bedroom EVERY time it rained for a year, bugs bugs bugs, and a ceiling fan falling on someone's head. I wouldn't reccomend this apartment complex to anyone!

What kind of bugs did you get? I occasionally get small spiders... I hope they aren't the posionous kind. There are a few other minor annoyances, but this is a 20 year old complex.
