The apartment community is faily nice. It is quiet and most of the neighbors are very freindly and the location is fair. HOWEVER, the apartments are disgusting and the management is PATHETIC! I NEVER in the entire year I lived there went to the office and found someone there, and I always went during office times. Also, I always had to call and request for pest control. If you open your hot water heater cabinet you will see where they com from. Again, DISGUTING! The apartments are like caca cake with frosting, and -------and the other fools are the perfect topping. Oh, and basically it is typical Memphis crime when it comes to the pet policy.

Okay, reading through the errors in this response, I think I finally understand what is trying to be communicated. First, I am very clean, and all of my things came from a very clean townhouse with NO bug problems in 5 years of having been there. So me bringing them in was not the problem. Secondly, I keep my house clean. That was very bold of you to suggest that I do not. When I moved into my apartment, however, there were Frito bags in the closets etc. As I stated earlier, disgusting. Finally, I have been renting apartments and townhouses for the past 10 years, and have NEVER had to request pest control. It is supposed to be considered part of the up keep of your apartment included in the rental fee. So it is absurd to wait for a problem and then request it. It should be a preventative item, especially when you pull up in the paking lot and see the roaches crawling around on trees by the dozen.

Wow, I've lived here almost 10 years & haven't had the problems that you have. I've very much enjoyed living here (in 3 different units)& have a great relationship with -------& the rest of the staff. As for the creatures outside, the apartment complex isn't resposible for treating them. I've taken a can of raid to them myself.
