I have never in my life witnessed such lazy managment in my life. I have had ant problems for the last 3 months, and what does managment tell me' "We found dirty dishes in your sink and trash in your trash can, its your fault you have ants." Wait a second... my fault' I come home and my cat is freaking out cuz there are ants all over him. I pay for a kitchen and i can't leave a couple of dishes in the sink' Must i walk all the way to the dumpster when I want to throw away a can of coke' Mind you, there was not an inappropriate amount of dishes or trash in the kitchen. The pest control person that sprayed said, and I quote, "The dishes and trash are not the problem. It looks like someone lives here... I have more dishes in my sink and I don't have ants." Managment tells me that if I want to move I must pay an additional $300 dollars and another $100 deposit on top of that all for a problem that they cannot fix! I emplore you to look elswhere as this is the equivilant of living in a garbage dump. Only its worse because they charge you $900 a month to live in this dumb

Wow, I loved there for 15 years & occaisionally saw an ant or roach, but never had your problem. Whenever I saw something, I called the office & had the pest control company come out & spray. I think your description of Hunters Trace as a dump, is quite a stretch for a great apartment complex. With so many units, there is bound to be a problem here or there.
