Mail box area is really bad, the trash is always around.

1) Mail box area is really in bad condition everytime, the trash is always on the floor and coke or some liquid or ''' was on the floor, really guys bad place.
2) Recently the staff provided a big list for pool rules, these rules are to be followed by resident but not by the staff. The trash is lying here and there.
3) The balloons are flying in the property are the advertisement, no body in the apartment office is there to clean.
4)MAINTENANCE is a big problem here.
