I cannot agree with the review stating the mail box area dirty, trash around the grounds etc. I have lived there over 2 years, maintenance is the best I have ever known in any apartment (and I have lived in several in this city. The mail box area is extremely well kept and well lit, I always see Dennis out early every morning before office opens checking and picking up any trash, etc., and any time I call for maintenance or anything else, the girls in the office couldn't be more helpful. I would bet the disgruntled writer was one who was causing problems, not paying rent on time, or not keeping rules otherwise and this is just a cheap way to try to discredit a really great place to live.
