I spent 2 years here and like all apartments has its good and bad points.
First thing, if you are noise sensitive, **ONLY** get a 3rd story unit on the BACK side of the complex(the east side facing Germantown) this way, you'll be facing a residential area and shielded from traffic going down Quail Hollow and from any noise from the other lower rental apartment complex across the street and it's occasional car "thump" music.
Units are a bit old, my floor was very dirty..you wouldn't believe what a vacuum sucked up. Be sure they shampoo before you move it. If someone was taking a shower next door, the hot water pipes rattled. Breezeways seem to echo noise of people walking and shutting doors. The trash truck comes early to empty out the dumpsters and the grounds keepers and their noisy machines always start early in the morning.
Most people here are fairly quite, alot of "professional" types. No unsupervised kids running around, although I did have an occassional problem with noisy neighbors.
Overall, its ok. I'd move here again, except on the back side of the complex.
