I have lived in the Island Park community for a short period, (3 months). Even in the short period I have lived here the management team has clearly shown they are inadequate to run a upscale residental apartment community. They would do well as slum lords.

They have yet to follow up on any request made to the office for repairs to the apartment complex. The amenity of the gated community has only been operational for 3 weeks since I have lived here.

My rent check was deposited early, after they promised to hold it until the first since I was out of town for two weeks, to bring my household goods 1000 miles away. I have been told they lost my rent check one month, but it was deposited into their bank account and wanted to me to give them another check to covber the rent.

The maintenace team does do the repairs if you tell them directly.

Management of this property is below average for the price the tenant is required to pay for complex, which could be one of the best on Mud Island.
