I am moving out of these apartments because I don't want to live on the island where you can smell sewage half the time anymore. When we moved into our apartment, the linoleum was peeling up and the cabinet doors wouldn't stay closed, they are very cheap quality and were never repaired. The carpets are nice, and the place was freshly repainted with nice crown molding and huge closets/bathrooms. The management staff is very pleasant and remember my dog's name, not just mine. They simply are understaffed on weekends. Good luck picking up packages if it's not bank hours. There also is no car wash area and the pool and workout area are pitifully small. There is no emergency maintenence, which sucks when your toilet is overflowing in the middle of the night. Our utility bills get as high as $180 in the summer and that's only running AC about 11 hours a day. If you get a special, you can pay as little as $799 for a 2bdrm, but if you're gonna pay a thousand bucks a month, go to the Estates next door, they are much nicer.
