I have lived at Island Park for about 1 1/2 years. In the beginning I had problems getting maintenance issues addressed. However, they have a new maintenance staff and they are great. All my maintenance request have beed completed within 24 hours! The apartments are very spacious, with large living rooms and huge closets. I love living on the Island and being able to walk my dog on the riverwalk.The office staff has also changed since I have lived there and the new staff is very friendly, helpfull and professional. I looked at all other apartment communities on the Island before moving into Island Park and am very glad I decided to move to Island Park!
