Don't fall for it! They will require 60 days notice at the start of the month... even after your lease expires! It definitely doesn't make sense after your lease is over to pay the huge month-to-month rent and still have to provide 60 days notice!

Put absolutely everything in writing, get proof that they have received it and keep copies! They managed to lose 6 letters I sent that were stapled to the rent checks they cashed!

Also, be ready to walk to a dark apartment on a regular basis. They do not even replace the light bulbs in the exterior lights without a ton of phone calls and letters. Do yourself a favor and avoid all the pain!! There are better apartments out there.
