Before you read this review please know that I am not the manager. In fact I am an attorney.I have no incentive to write a good or bad review.
I absolutely love Island Park Apartments. The only reason I am moving is because of a job transfer to another city. I have lived in three other apartment complexes in different states and this is by far the best. The management staff is attentive and friendly. The maintenance staff was rated the best and the city and believe me they deserve this award. I have never met a friendlier bunch of guys who go out of their way to help you. My requests were answered within 24 hours and I even received a follow-up call to make sure that my problems were fixed. In addition to the great management and maintenance staff the complex is the best value on the island. I have a one bedroom apartment that is close to 1000 square feet and the rent is much cheaper then any other comparable complex on the island. Additionally, the units are energy efficient; I keep my heat on 78 and my electric bill has never been higher that $80.00. Overall I love this complex and I will be very sad to leave.

Perhaps your needs/concerns were taken care of expeditiously due to your line of work? It certainly wouldn't be in their best interest to have an unhappy attorney living on their property. I'm reviewing things before deciding where to live if I do relocate to the Memphis area.
