I do not recommend this apartment complex. The management is very rude. They lose my packages all of the time. My rent is outrageous. I understand that all apartments on the island are expensive, but the pool at island park is small and the workout room sucks. You can get a better deal elsewhere.

ACtually, there is a worse one: Riverset. Bottom line, the island doesn't worth that much. Southerners are far from being nice and smiley as they are described. Horrible management, horrible people. I wish them all to end up living like us, in a crappy apartment for which the rent is just unbelievably high.

I agree with all of the above. In addition I'd like to mention the shoddy construction, slime mold in the plumbing which grows all over your bathtub and toilet, fixtures which leak and ruin the drywall. My rent went up $300 in the time I lived here.
