This is my second apt complex to live in on the island. Much much better than the last experience. I've only had to call maintenance once since I've lived here - and they were here the next day, problem was fixed, and hasn't broken since. The management is good to work with. I live in the largest 1 bedroom and love the space!! There are 2 walk-in closets in the bedroom. Lots of space in kitchen and bathroom. The fitness could be larger, but there is the river to use in good weather. The trash is usually overflowing, as another writer mentioned. Price is competative with others on the island. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex.
