For the price, this is the worst place I have ever rented. It is loud (birds, barges, screaming babies, heavy feet upstairs, music, loud neighbors at all hours). My apartment was broken into and the door repaired very poorly (you can see light through the crack). Staff arrives late to work consistently and leaves early frequently, so you can't collect packages. They are uncompassionate with tenants and could care less if you stay or leave. The pool is miniscule. There are only two washing machines for the whole complex. There is frequently huge quantities of garbage piled beside the dumpster. Parking is a nightmare. You can rarely find a place near your building due to guests and multi-car units. The outside of the buildings is filthy. Security fencing is a joke. I would not recommend this to anyone, ever.
