I have lived in rental communities all over the country for at least 20 years and this is the worst place I have ever lived. The staff's main job seems to be threatening tenants and then ripping them off when the decide to leave. Forget about getting any deposits back and be prepared to be charged extra!!! The exteriors are filthy and falling apart or being destroyed by termites. The shutters flap in the wind. Trees are unpruned and cars frequently damaged in the parking area. Parking by visitors is also not enforced. Did I mention the garbage' On the weekends expect there to be a mound of garbage 8 feet tall and 15 feet wide by the dumpster. No wonder there are rats. I saw three in my time there. You can also depend on people taking your unfinished laundry out of the machines.
