Good Apartment - loved living on the river

I lived at Island Park for two years and it was great.

Close to downtown, nice to be able to jog down by the river.

The apartment was nice size for an average price.

Maintenance always fixed anything I needed worked on.

Sometimes I could hear my neighbors alarm clock going off and it made me nuts but other than that it was great.

I'd definitely recommend it.
