I lived in Jefferson Place for one year from 2003-2004. Judy the apartment manager is great. The complex is very safe and very clean. While this complex does not have some of the amenities you will find in more expensive "luxury" apartments, this is more than offset by the staff, up-keep, and the inexpensive rent for the location. This is the greatest place I've ever rented from and I just wish that I had found them sooner. I recommend this property to anyone who wants to live downtown.
