Out of four people in my apartment, three cars were broken into (at least). This was a routine in the apartment. Cars are always getting broken into if anything is left in the car.

Also, the windows are poorly designed and maintained.

The carpets are dirty, and would not be replaced.

Stay away from the apartment, and the city if at all possible!
