I lived at this community for a year and I truly liked it. It was very quiet and peaceful. I didn't really have any problems except for a downstairs neighbor who basically harassed everyone in our building but once we complained to management about him they evicted him. One night my water heater busted (I didn't know) and it was dripping downstairs to my neighbors apt. maintenance came immediately to inform me and said he would fix it first thing the next day and he did, they put a new one in. Everytime I called maintenance he always came, all the staff there was very friendly. I really enjoyed living there. The only reason I left once my lease was up was because I had a family situation and had no choice but to move other than that I would have renewed my lease. I'm not sure if this has changed since then because it wasn't owned by Fogelman then, but that was my experience at Jennifer Meadows.
