The management team is horrible. The black one is evil and works against residents. The white one is racist and they are evicting only --------american tenants for little or no reason, most of whom are on section 8. They are being taken advantage of horribly. As for maintenance, I have never seen ANYTHING so ridiculously lousy. They are evicting good tenants but don't want to fix anything. PLUS the rent is TOO HIGH AND THEY ARE RAGGEDY AND AN EYESORE. WHAT NERVE! aLSO, IF YOU PARK YOUR VEHICLE OUTSIDE THE LINES, THEY WILL TOW IT!!!! THEY NEED TO CLEAN UP THIS PIGSTY AND THEY SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT ANYONE WANTS TO LIVE HERE!!!

I'm going to opine that The Lord didn't want me to ever live in this complex. It's brochures make it sound very nice--I actually wanted to check out the apartments a few times, but was never able to come in when it was open and wound up renting elsewhere in Memphis region.

i TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU!!!! THIS IS THE WORST STAFF IVE SEEN IN THE TIME I'VE BEEN LIVING IN APARTMENTS. THEY HAVE KIDS TALKING TO OTHER ADULTS SAYING F-YOUAND OTHER WORDS I CANT MENTION. THE MANAGEMENT HAS NO CLUE HOW TO RUN THIS PROPERTY AND IT IS VERY DIRTY IE; FULL TRASH BINS NOT GETTING EMPTIED,JUNK AND TRASH ALL OVER THE PLACE. THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT ARE HALFD WAY GOOD ARE THE APT ENGINEERS.SI I UNDERSTAND WHERE YOUR COMING FROM. CHEERS TO YOU FOR NOT MOVING TO THIS DUMP!!!!!!!
