pls do not move here if you have any sense. these people are so ridiculous its pathetic. the office staff is so rude, lazy, unprofessional, and just dont give a damn about you. they have the nastiest attitudes at all times. merlinda is the worst leasing agent of all times. this lady lies, doesnt post your rent payment on time nor does she give you credit for even paying it. every month you have to go up there and try to figure out the mess she has created in the system. she doesnt try to fix her mistakes and always blames the tenant. when you call about maintenance issues she doesnt even put in the request. you have to call back like 5 times then talk to someone else if you want it done. she is a complete airhead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! shes too busy hoing around to do her job like she should be doing. the maintenance men get paid to sleep around and flirt. you cant pay them to change a light bulb fix a door knob or anything. you have to hunt them down in the apartments and harrass them before they even think about coming to fix anything. the apartments are overpriced and not worth the money time or energy you will have to put forth. there are way too many bay bay kids in the complex with parents that dont give a damn. they hang out till 12 midnight almost everyday. these kids are like 5 6 7 on up. people park on top of your car, scratch it up, etc. they give you the neighbors from hell and the kids will vandalize your property. this apartment overall is so ridiculous believe me!!!!!!!!!!!! do not move here you can live in the ghetto somewhere and have it better than this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My name is Sandy Gestring, Property Manager for Jennifer Meadows. I regret the feelings of this resident. With them not posting their name I cannot respond directly or work with them to get a solution for their particular issues. We are working toward creating a better environment as a whole at Jennifer Meadows. A place where our current residents and new people coming in will be glad to say they live here.
