Well, here is the scoop on my experience at Jennifer Meadows. I moved in August 2007 and just recently moved out March 2009, so I spent a year and 1/2. Well, when I first got shown an apartment, they said they didn't have any one bdrooms to show so they show me the 2 bdroom model apt but said the 1 bdrooms are about the same size. A LIE ! My apartment was tiny, like the same size as a master bedroom in a nice size house.... honestly. I only had a kitchen, living room ( no dining room), patio, tiny bathroom, bedroom, an a walk in closet ( it was cool). But bc it was my first apt, and just me, it was dooable. The walls were thin so I heard my neighbor having sex with whomever he chose to bring home that night so that pissed me off, but I got used to it so I would sleep on the couch if I even heard a moan. To be honest, I had cool neighbors that had no kids, came and went, and minded their own business and we were on the back side. Also, I had only maybe 3 service request the whole time I was there and the maintenance man Marvin ( I think thats his name lol) came like the next day. 1 time I had a issue that took them a week to come out and do but I was patient bc he always did a good job taking care of things- he is the ONLY good thing about these apts. I never had a break in, theft, nothing, and I am very thankful for that. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THE RUDE...UNPROFESSIONAL..LAZY ASS STAFF!!! They kiss your ass to get you in and when you move, they tell you to kiss their ass in so many words. They lie, put you off, tell you bs and thats why right now I am calling everyday trying to get my refund deposit back . They say it takes 14-30 days to do your inal account LIE !!! I call everyday and get lied to by the same person who by the way tells all of the front offices business from firings, changes in management, and swears she is always looking for another job. The staff changes every 4-6 months, they mismanage funds, and I was told at one time the hold was because someone had screwed the books out and that had to be taken care of first. NOT MY PROBLEM. Stop hiring dumb unqualified folks to run an apartment....DUH... but the people hiring are unqualified too. I had no problems there, just needed more space for my money, which I got now ( and hopefully I dont have any problemshere)But Overall, my experience turned sour when I moved....BUT CAN YOU BLAME ME'

All of that sounds pretty bad but the worst part was that nasty neighbor bringing random women home to screw. That had to be disgusting to hear them have sex through the walls. I hope he used condoms sounds like he is disease infested if he is doing it like that.
