I hate i moved to these apartments. this was my first apsrtment and is going to be my last. The office staff have very bad attitudes and are usually unapproachable. they are slow about fixing things. They lose rent money and tell you that you haven't paid. So to any future residents please use your checking account or use a money order and keep your receipts. They turn the water off all during the day and night. they have bad plumbing. htey don't put new carpet in after a pipe has burst, they just take up the padding under the carpet. The heat half works in the winter and the air don't work in summer.

I stayed in Kensington around 5 years ago and yes they will misplace your rent and swear you didn't pay and the water issue is correct I stayed infront of the court yard near Wendy's and the water sprinkler had a pipe issue and my carpet would get wet whenever they would turn the sprinklers on. All maintence would do is pull up the carpet and replace the paddind and do a sloppy job of sucking up the water! Also they have attempted to put on my credit that I owe them rent when I had a walkthrew, gave a 30 day notice and received my deposit! RUN RUN RUN is all I can say.

the apartments are okay its just some of the folks who stay here. they need better security,new driveway, board up the rest of those vacant apartments,clean out the swimming pool behind the laundry cause it looks like a swamp or just concrete it up, control the loud music,Have a more concerned emergency program with people that care. they try real hard to keep it clean but it takes everyone.they need stop the pit bulls roaming around,stop people from parking any kind of way,stop those guys from standing out. I know a lot of credible and working folks that wanted to move here but they went to the apartments next door.
