We moved to Memphis from Murfreesboro because my husband got a job promotion in Sept. '05. We have been so unhappy living in these botched up conditions. The Kensington Manor staff was notified of the disgusting roaches, and that's not all. Our dishwasher takes forever to clean our dishes, our garbage disposal was broken when we moved,the shower heads in both bathrooms do not work properly,the water is coming out of the ceiling in the master bathroom as I'm typing this, and maintenance has been notified over an hour ago! This is by far the worst place we've had to live at. We are very unhappy because this is such a significant health hazard to us and our 3 children! Before we moved here, we were told we were getting a newly renovated apt. with new carpet and everything. We are paying $750 a month for this dump they put us in. The day we moved here, we literally cried because we had no other place to go with our kids. The air wouldn't work, and we sweated so bad our first night here because maintenance never showed up that day or night after my husband called the dispatcher 4 or 5 times from pay phones. We could have used our home phone to call if they gave us the right apt. # before we moved. Our fridge wasn't working either, and ruined $80 worth of food the day we moved in also. The staff took $100 off our next month's rent, and gave us $200. This was still unacceptable to us, but we had no choice than to take it.I am furious with our situation!!!And the noises we can hear as plain as day all night long.

This is not at all my experience at this apartment complex. It has been a great place to live.
