I don't know what the other reviewers who gave bad reviews are talking about. They must not have paid their rent or been troublemakers!! Kensington Manor is a super place to live. They just finished doing a lot of repairs to the property and painted all the buildings, put in new trees and it looks great. They really made my apartment nice. The location is perfect as it is located in the middle of Memphis near a lot of major areas and is in a good neighborhood.

This was obviously written by an employee. A little paint won't fix all their problems. These are some of the worse apartments I've ever experienced. It's loud, dirty, unpleasant staff, and maintainace is a joke!

I agree with thomaste has to be an employee, or probably the person thats loud and doing all of the shooting and braking into the apartments. I think that kensington is bar far the worst place to live in memphis

the anonymous writer is full of you know what i lived in these apts for 1 full year and it was horriable every statement that thomaste wrote was true i could not wait until my lease was up so people please dont be fooled the outside looks like a nice place but the inside from the water to the bugs will run you crazy

You definitely must work here. I'm scared to go to the mail box or let my daugher take out the trash. The police are constantly in the apartments, check the reports. Anyone saying this is a good neighbor to live in is just misleading. An example of how they fix things, from Sometime in '05 to Oct 07 there were two large pot holes (as in tear your car up large) that were in the parking lot. Every time called about it they said they were aware of it and in the process of getting it fixed. For 2 years. Everything bad that has been said is unfortunately probably true.

all the things ya'll said happened in 2007 has just gotton worse in 2008. I was shown the model of how my apartment would look like and when I moved in it was the oposite. When me and my children went to move in there were two guys in our place in the restroom smoking. It was frighten. They have given us the wrong model. When they gave us another model it still was wrong. My car window was broken, someone broke out my kitchen window. I called the police and they told me that they had just left our apt. complex. They said they get calls for the Kingsington all of the time. The front of the apt looks nice but the back looks like the ghetto from hell. The pot hole has got bigger and it so many that when it rain the parking lott ets flooded. So dont judge the book by it's cover. Open it and you will be very surprise. I cant wait until my lease is up. It's not safe here. The apt. complex is infested with pitbulls. You see alot of them runing around here. Ppl. making them fight while kids watch. Dangerous!!! If you move here and nothing has happen to you count it a blessing. Managers need to be ashame of themselves.

theseapts. are horrible. I stay in them now and am trying to break m lease.They let anybod move in, gangsta hanging out, dogs running wild.fights everday.people getting robbed and people getting shoot. It is not a good place to move into.Do not be fooled by people,but if you ghetto its a good place for you.

OMG I LIVED THERE FOR FOUR YEARS AND EACH YEAR IT GOT WORSE SWAMP FOR A POOL EXCEPT FOR THE ONE BEHIND THE OFFICE HOODLUMS DRUG DEALERS AND THIEVES ROAM FREELY MY GOD THEY KILLED THE CANDY LADY A FEW YEARS AGO IT IS FRIGHTENING TO KNOW YOUR CANDY IS NOT EVEN SAFE IT REMINDS ME OF BEIRUT DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU IF THE COMMON AREAS LOOK BAD IMAGINE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE BEHIND CLOSED DOORS THE DOWN STAIRS WINDOW STAYED BROKEN FOR 3 YEARS THEY FINALLY DUCT TAPED IT FOR 2 YEARS WONDERFUL MAINTENANCE AND OFFICE PERSONNEL LMAO.
