PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. STAFF DOES NOT WANNA HERE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT ONLY WANTS TO GET THERE POINT ACROSS. I MOVED IN AT THE END OF MAY DIDNT HAVE A MAIL BOX KEY UNTIL THE END OF JUNE. MY APARTMENT WAS BROKING INTO IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY. THEY KICKED IN MY BACK DOOR IN THE DAY TIME BUT NOONE SAW ANYTHING. IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE WEEK TO FIX MY DOOR SO ANYBODY COULD HAVE COME IN IF THEY WANTED. MY SINK WAS RUSTED AND THE FALCIT KEEP COMING OFF, BUT IT DIDNT MATTER CAUSE THE WATER WAS NEVER ON. FAN ONLY WORKED IF THE LIGHT SWITCH WAS ON, SO IF I WANTED THE LIGHT OFF AND FAN ON I HAD TO UNSCREW THE BULB. BIG ASS BUGS, DONT THINK THE WHERE ROACHES, JUST BIG AS HELL. THE ROACHES WHERE SMALL UTILITIES WHERE HIGH, I PAID LIKE $125 AND I STAYED BY MYSELF AND WORKED TO JOBS I WAS ONLY THERE TO GO TO SLEEP. POOL LOOKS NASTY NO WAY I WOULD GET IN IT. KIDS EVERYWHER, I HAD TO FIGHT OFF LIKE 5 TO 6 KIDS EVERYDAY JUST TO GET UP MY OWN STEPS AND THE ONLY LED TO MY APARTMENT DOOR NO ONE ELSES. VERY DANAGEROUS NEIGBORHOOD, THE MANTINECE GUY EVEN TOLD ME HE WOULD COME TO THE APARTMENTS AT NIGHT UNLESS ESCORTED BY THE POLICE. o.k. so I saw the property this past saturday. My kids and I were somewhat impressed especially with the square footage and the closests. The price did draw me in but you are telling me it's not worth it? I was a little concerned about the high traffic volume however there is a school right next door. Is there anything else I should be aware of?

Anonymous, you're absolutely right about this apartment complex. My son just moved in and like you lives by himself and encountered so many problems before he even moved in. it took a week before he could even move in, carpet was dirty, no running hot water, and what looked like thugs hanging out, kids everywhere, people watching you from their doorways, etc. Like you said, the only good thing is the price and it was what he could afford. I wish he had done some research first before moving there. If he has anymore problems there, it will be worth it to break his lease.
