I have lived in this complex for 2 years and when I first moved here it was ok not perfect but ok they kept the grounds up, they would fix things on a timely manner. But, when ledic took over the property started going way down it is sooooooo ghetto, ghetto walkn around breakn out windows in all the empty apts. My apt windows were broken three times this year by kids and they want me to fix it evevn with a police report i refuse to pay to fix windows so they came and boarded up the broken side low down b******s. The drive is so tore up u hit hole after hole tryn to drive on it, garbage all over the yard, the drive, kids vandalizing mailboxes, this complex on the inside is a real eye sore, it needs to be condemned by the health dept, and code enforcement. M y lease is up in November and I am so glad, I am looking daily for somewhere decent to live away from this mess. If you have any decency about yourself you would keep going they are not worth the price you have to pay, they should be renting them free. Don't look at the front of a complex and be sold, drive to the back of them.
