Overall these apartments are okay,Management needs to get more involved instead of just showing their faces when the inspectors come or rent is due. they need to get better security.some of us work for a living just like they do.they really needs to fix that driveway because oneday they're going to really pitch someone off about their car hitting those gigantic potholes.the swimming pool looks like a swamp. it is a sore sight to see.Fix the mailboxes too.board up all the vacant apartments not some of them.Stop those guys from hanging out near the entrance,Stop the loud rap and mexican music Appoint a person from each unit to help maintain it and reward that person. Lower the rent to meet economic demands,not everyone is on Section 8.Care about people more for Jesus cares for you. If it weren't for the tenants where would management be.
