i really love this apt. Its an awesome place to live. First, the building its self is great, it was built in the 30's and has loads of charm. Secondly the staff are great, they really care about there towers, and i really see them show an interest in the tenants in the building. I have looked at other reviews on Kimbrough and hear people huff and puff about the management in the building and laugh. the two women in the office do an outstanding job of managing the high rise. I spend alot of time around the other tenants and hear nothing negative on there performance, i have noticed the people doing all the (for a lack of words) BITCHING and crying, would also happen to be the people that a wait staff of twenty could not keep happy. Third, my one bedroom apartment is great. when i moved in the place was clean and even with my picky self, found it to be of no kind of repairs, I will say it again CLEAN!!! I have a great view of the park and one of the beautiful oak trees. The only kind of negative view on the high rise is there is not a freight elevator, but that goes with the whole age of the buildings, but the elevators in play at the present have worked well so far. My only other small issue would be parking, a bit small, but that goes with the age again. The people with the most issues with parking spend alot of time in the park, that would be that nice big ugly parking lot that they want. I would gladly continue paying for my own personal parking spot, than have a pic-nick in a parking spot. Over all Kembrough towers is such a gem for the whole midtown lifestyle. I can go on and on about how much Kembrough is such a great place to come home to, but you could just the tenants that haved lived there from one to 30 years.
