I just moved back into the towers after being kicked out a year ago due to elevator replacement. Some would say the move was the final straw - that they would never come back...I couldn't WAIT until I could come back! I've lived in many different cities, in many different kinds of homes...this is the only place I can truly call my home: From the beautiful grounds, to the inspiring architecture, to the friendly staff and neighbors (alright, every once in a while you meet a crazy neighbor - but the same goes everywhere!.
The rooms definately have the "lived-in" look. But that's part of the charm, I think. There are idiosyncrasies for each living unit - each one is unique - it's all part of that midtown charm.
One problem (aside from free parking), is the level of outside noise one hears - not necessarily neighbors, but street noise.
I do and will keep on recommending this apartment complex to anyone interested in apartment living in midtown.
