Nice building/Lousy management

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
I love my apartment but the management of the building is in a steep decline. As of today (June 26, 2006), I've been without air conditioning for almost a month. The "ladies" in the office make new promises each time I check in with them but nothing happens. Memphis is not a place to be without air conditioning in the summer!
