Kimbrough Towers may be Ok choice. Definitely avoid Townhouse Apartment which is 6 blocks away which has awful management and maintenance and cigarette smoke comes out of AC/Heat unit when AC isn't even on which they keep a secret. It comes out not just a little and they tell tenants when it happens there's nothing that can be done just cover it up which doesn't do much. It comes through outlets or any holes in walls also. They enter apartments without tenants permission. There are alot more things wrong but don't want to write a whole review under another apartment. For your information there is a review of a Kimbrough tenant under Kimbrough reviews who lived at townhouse and says Kimbrough is better. When Apartmentratings.com processes my request to add Townhouse on list of apartments I will put my complete review. Don't rent an apartment is Memphis without seeing it for many reasons.
