i loved my apartment for the past 2 years, but since the change of management last year, everything is going down hill. the little girls they have hired to manage the office are completely RUDE. they only have concerns for new applicants and are terrible with current tenants that have leaved here for years. these girls are rarely in the office during business hours. you could probably find one outside smoking and/or talking on the phone (non-business related).

the apartment i live in is great, but i can always hear my neighbors slamming doors and flushing the toilet. in fact, i can hear the flushing of toilets from upstairs and downstairs neighbors.

Management...it's all about management, especially when it comes to apartment rentals. Regardless of how nice an apartment is, if management won't take care of properly maintaining the property, listening and being sensitive to renters' needs, suggestions, and yes, even, wants, it's hard to cares how nice your own space is? I'll bet management doesn't give monetary credit on the cost of rent when the grounds are neglected, appliances aren't promptly repaired or replaced, or the neighbors are annoying. No, when it comes time to pay the rent, you can ALWAYS find the manager.
