Absolute worst security

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Stayed in KSA for a 6 month lease. My car was broken into twice, my house was broken into once. There are lights outside but plenty of places where there are none at all, and I've seen people walking around very late at night, prowling. I never once saw a security gaurd patrolling.
Maintenance was okay but honestly this is no place where you want to have kids or valuables.
