I've been a home owner for 27 years and am very happy with the promt attention given to even the smallest concern I have about the maintenance of my apt. to the protocal of the contract.
The area is quiet and residents are friendly.
The location is convenient to whatever Memphis has to offer (accept deep downtown).
I'd move here again and tell my friends the same.
