I've lived at Kirby Station for 2 1/2 years now and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very professional. I was made to feel like a welcome friend from day one. They are always polite and caring and they respond quickly and with concern to any maintenance issues.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is so peaceful here that it's hard to believe how convenient it is to most of Memphis. There are several good restaurants within walking distance as well as Border's Books and Kroger. Talk about saving gas!

I have recommended Kirby Station to several friends over the last couple years without hesitation. The other reviews on here seem to mostly be from people who wanted the rules bent for them and are just mad because they weren't. They forget that they signed a legal contract that can't just be ignored when it's convenient for them. If you're looking for a great location on the border of Germantown and East Memphis, check out Kirby Station. You'll be glad you did!

It seems to me that this is someone from the office. Sounds a bit like an advertisement. Alot of the other reviews are not about having rules bent. They are about crime, bugs and rude staff members. I lived there for several years. Yeah, the neighbors were nice, but maintenance sucked. I dont know if the older hispanic man is still working there but he only riggs things he doesnt fix them. The office staff is only there to make money. They act like they all hate their jobs. Come on Kirby Station stop with the fake advertisement.

Professional who says so NO NOT AT ALL, First impression is the ever lasting, rite, I had been to kirby station to see the apartment for rent, the lady did'nt even bother to ask my name. She was rude and did'nt showed me an apartment. as if she had a fight with somebody in the office so was in hurry to avoid me and u call it professional. I hate this apartment. I will not recommend anyone.
