I rented a one-bedroom for one year. I used a lot of Raid. Even so, roaches were all over. Also, the air was coming in through the door. I had asked that to be fixed and it never was. Because of the poor insulation, it was really hot during the summer and really cold during the winter. I spent more money than I should have on AC & heat.

Kirby Station Apartments actually had a legal battle about the apartments being so unsanitary. They are disgusting and the landlords are terrible.
