I have lived here for 10 months in a one bedroom townhome. I have had no problems whatsoever other than a few minor maintenance. The maintenance guys always came by within 24 hours. I never had to call back twice which is very unusual in my experience with apartment living. I have lived in apartments most of my 46 years, and I have never had management as nice as the people in this complex are. Libby is usually the lady I speak with, if I have to call for any reason, and she is always very helpful and extremely nice. I am hoping to move in to a two bedroom townhome when my lease is up, if I can afford it (that would be my only complaint, it is a little pricey). I am always having company, so the one bedroom is too small. My company has never had complaints either. They say it is always quiet and nice here. The landscaping staff is always out working and keeping the grounds clean and neat. It is a great location, close to everything, neighbors are quiet and friendly. I have never had any notes on my door saying there was a break-in or anything unlike Country Squire where I lived previously. There was a note on my door weekly. I would highly recomment these apartments to anyone!
