I lived at this community for 2 years. Our a/c went out constantly. The only thing they would do was charge it with freon. I swear they came out about 5 times in one summer. We finally gave up and lived in the heat. When we moved in our fridge was dripping rusty water on the inside onto our food. Finally they gave us a new fridge. The building from the outside looked like it was sinking, and the ceiling on the inside reflected that. One time I did speed through the apartment community. I know they have a posted speeding limit, but when I'm scared to drive through the community sometimes that happens. Anyway, someone didnt like it so they complained on me. The unprofessional staff brought the gentleman that complained on me to my door, and pounded on it like they were the police. The pools were always so full that we could never use them. Our children played on the new playground only to get knocked off the equipment by the bigger kids. The basketball net they had set up on the end, turned out to be the biggest playing ground in Memphis. They would sit all over my car, and they actually broke my window, and bent my windshield upwards. The man that lived below me "a policeofficer" would have a jealous woman come pound on his door at all times of the night. Finally one night his window got broken out. I felt so sorry for our neighbors. She was a sweet little old lady, that had been living there for a long time. One day I went to take my dog for a walk, and found a dead dear hanging from a tree. Like the other reviews, there was trash all over the grounds, the office was always closed, and you could never get them on the phone. Im sure there are other things that I am forgetting, but I just dont have time to write them all down
