Recently changed managers. They have not been here long enough to rate them yet. The apartments cental heat and air do not work. I think that the ducting in the attic is comming apart at the seams.they have told me that they cannot fix it. I bought Window units. I feel that they have decided to let them go untill they have been condemed. Although I have asked several times in the past if this was true and they have said no. The last time I inquired they told me that they were sending some new people over to help restore the apartments. This lasted two weeks.
